| Fisher's has fixed both my cars (Acura and Lexus) at a reasonable price, with both cars running well now. Steve was very accommodating, allowing me to come in the next day and repairing the cars quickly. Both cars needed troubleshooting, but I felt confident they would find the issue. |

| Hi Steve, As always I think you guys do a very good job on the repairs and I know but you're cutting me some slack on the costs but of course they are still a little bit high for me. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the fact that the cost we're quite a bit higher than the original cost estimate, even though the window was not even installed in the back yet the cost were still higher.. When I get a little bit a head-on my finances I will be purchasing that rear window on eBay and I'll get it to your shop at that time. Thanks again and as always you guys really do a very good job but sometimes the cost are a little bit High for me. Steve Knotts |
