| These folks are great. My brakes were squeaking;I figured it was time for new pads, so I made an appointment for brakes and an oil change. Well, they did the oil change, and called to inform me that my brakes still had good thickness on them, so they didn't need to be replaced at all. (Guess the folks I bought the used car from use cheap pads.) They could have just done the work and happily charged for it and I would have been none the wiser, but they didn't. I appreciate their honesty and now they're my "go-to" guys. (They also helped me avoid buying a lemon based on a used-car inspection I had them do last fall, so now they've done me a solid twice. Woot! ) |
